Open: 3-Bedroom Public Housing

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Montgomery (HRAM) Public Housing waiting list for 3-bedroom units is currently open, from July 9, 2019, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply:

  1. Call (507) 364-5650 to request an application by mail; from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Monday-Friday.
  2. Send an email to hra@citytofmontgomerymn.com.
  3. Pick up an application at the HRAM Office, located at 300 Oak Ave. SE, Montgomery, MN 56069, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

  1. Mailed to the HRAM Office at the address above.
  2. Dropped off at the HRAM Office at the address above; from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Monday-Friday.
  3. Emailed to hra@cityofmontgomerymn.com.

The waiting list has the following preferences: Veterans, Elderly, Disabled, Working/Employed and Resident of Montgomery.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, after sorting preferences.

Reasonable Accommodation

Applicants who need help completing the application due to disability can make a reasonable accommodation request to the housing authority via (507) 364-5650.
