The Grant County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (GCHRA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The GCHRA offers one Public Housing community with 80 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the GCHRA to pick up a pre-application, located at 10 2nd St. NE, Elbow Lake, MN 56531, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling 218-685-8240 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, and the background check must be notarized.No preferences were noted.For more information, the GCHRA can be reached by calling (218) 685-8240 during normal office hours.
