Open: Roseville Housing Commission Senior Public Housing

The Roseville Housing Commission (RHC) Senior Public Hosing waiting list for apartments at The Eastland Senior Building and The Lawn Senior Buildings is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August, 2015, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following communities:

  • The Eastland Senior Building is located at 18330 Eastland Street. Senior citizens 62 + years old are eligible. All utilities are included, except for telephone and cable television.
  • The Lawn Senior Buildings are located at 25524 & 25525 Lawn Street. These buildings are designated for senior 62 + years of age & non elderly 50 + years old. All utilities are included, except for telephone and cable television.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Pick up an application at the RHC office located at 18330 Eastland St., Roseville, MI 48066.
  2. Call the office at (586) 778-1360 to request an application by mail.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the above address. 

This waiting list has the following preferences: Residents of Roseville (living or working) are given preference over non resident applicants.

Closed: Roseville, Michigan Section 8 Voucher

The Roseville Housing Commission (RHC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from March 28, 2020, until March 29, 2020.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete an online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

  • 1 Person = $26,750 | 5 Person = $41,250
  • 2 Person = $30,550 | 6 Person = $44,300
  • 3 Person = $34,350 | 7 Person = $47,350
  • 4 Person = $38,150 | 8 Person = $50,400

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

500 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
