The Negaunee Housing Commission (NHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre applications for senior/disabled/single individuals.The NHC offers one Public Housing community with 80 units for senior/disabled/single individuals.To apply, visit the NHC to pick up an application, located at 98 Croix Street, Negaunee, MI 49866, during normal office hours.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.The NHC does have a preference for: Elderly, disabled, near elderly, 18 or older.For more information, the NHC can be reached by calling 906-475-9107 during normal office hours.
