Open: Non-Elderly Disabled Section 8 Voucher
The Montcalm County Housing Commission (MCHC) is accepting Non-Elderly Disabled Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed date of February 15, 2024, until December 31, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in September, 2021.
To apply while the waiting list is open, in-person applications are accepted at the Montcalm County Housing Commission office, located at 120 Mulberry Street, Howard City, Michigan. Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm ET, and Friday by appointments only.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

The Montcalm County Housing Commission (MMHC) Public Housing waiting list is currently open, since at least January 17, 2019, until further notice.To apply, visit the MHC to pick up an application, located at 120 Mulberry St, Howard City, MI 49329.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.For more information, visit the MCHC website here.
