Evart Housing Commission (EHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The EHC offers one Public Housing community with 109 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the EHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 601 W. First Street, Evart, MI 49631; from 8:00 am until 12:00, and 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.2. Download a pre-application here, then print and complete.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 8:00 am until 12:00, and 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, photo IDs for all adult household members, provide child custody papers, proof of all income, and previous landlord information.No preferences were noted.More information can be found by visiting the EHC website, or by calling 231-734-3301 from 8:00 am until 12:00, and 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
