The Dundee Housing Commission (DHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The DHC does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The DHC offers one Public Housing community with 75 units for senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the DHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 501 Rawson St., Dundee, MI 48131, from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.
  2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling (734) 529-2828 from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.No preferences were noted.For more information, call the DHC office at (734) 529-2828 from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Reasonable Accommodation
