Open: Massachusetts Public Housing Project-Based

The Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) Massachusetts Public Housing waiting list for three bedroom units is currently open, from November 3, 2018, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply:

  1. Download and print the application online here. Scroll down and select the "CHAMP Application" button.
  2. Pick up an application at the WHA office located at 41 Deming Way, Wilmington, Massachusetts 01887 from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm.

Once the application has been completed, it must be dropped off at the WHA office at the address above, from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly, Disabled, Homeless, Veteran, Employed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Reasonable Accommodation
