The Swansea Housing Authority (SHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The SHA does not offer public housing for families.The SHA offers one public housing community with 8 units for senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the SHA to pick up an application, located at 100 Gardner's Neck Road, Swansea, Bristol County, MA ,between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 pm on Monday-Wednesday and Friday, and on Thursdays from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.More information can be found by visiting the SHA website at http://swanseahousingauthority.org, or by calling 508-994-1424 between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 pm on Monday-Wednesday and Friday, and on Thursdays from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.
