The Maynard Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families.Please note: The current wait for public housing is approximately 8-10 years.The MHA does not offer federal public housing dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.The MHA offers one public housing community with 32 units for families.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the MHA to pick up an application, located at 15 Powder Mill Cir, Maynard, MA 01754, during normal office hours.2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling (978) 897-8738 during normal office hours.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information the MHA can be reached by calling (978) 897-8738 during normal office hours.

Reasonable Accommodation
