The Calvert County Housing Authority (CCHA) waiting list for Senior (62+) and Disabled apartments at Calvert Pines I Senior Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least October, 2019, until further notice.

According to the CCHA, Calvert Pines I Senior Apartments is, "located in Prince Frederick; 52 units; multi-story elevator building (age 62 and above or disabled)."

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  • Live, work, or have you been hired to work in Calvert County? (10 Points)
  • At least one adult who is employed a minimum of 30 hours per week and has done so for one year -
    or who are active participants in an educational or training program designed to prepare the individual for
    the job market. (5 Points)
    • This preference is automatically extended to elderly families or families whose head of household is
      receiving income based on their inability to work.
  • Head of household or spouse is a veteran of the US Military or the surviving spouse of a veteran. (1 Point)

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.

The Calvert County Housing Authority (CCHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroomapartments is currently closed. It is not known when this waiting list was last open, or when it will reopen.

Please note: According to the CCHA, this waiting list was for, "72 PHA owned 2 and 3 bedroom single family homes located throughout Calvert County. Only households with children are eligible."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. This waiting list was identified as "PHA Single Family Home."

This waiting list had the following preferences:
