The Housing Authority of Martin (HAM) is currently accepting Pubic Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAM offers two Public Housing communities with 124 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HAM office to pick up a pre-application, located at 109 Raymond Griffith Drive #110, Martin, KY 41649, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday, on Wednesdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.Once the pre-application has been completed, you must call the HAM office at 606-285-3681 to schedule an appointment to hand in the pre-application.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present for the appointment.The HAM does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the HAM office at 606-285-3681, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday, on Wednesdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.
