Open: Studio, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom Public Housing

The Housing Authority of Covington (HAC) is accepting Family Public Housing waiting list applications for Studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments from February 1, 2024, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply while the waiting list is open:

1. Print the paper application.
2. Pick up an application from the HAC office, located at 2300 Madison Ave., Covington, KY 41014, during normal business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm ET.

There are preferences, and they are listed on the application.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
