The Russell Housing Authority (RHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The RHA offers one Public Housing community with 78 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

Visit the RHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 330 W 4th St, Russell, KS 67665, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Thursday, and on Fridays from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.
Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (785) 483-3400, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, and on Fridays from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, proof of all income, birth certificates, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, the RHA can be reached by calling (785) 483-3400, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, and on Fridays from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.
