The Waterloo Housing Authority (WHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.

To apply, visit the WHA to submit a pre-application in person, located at 620 Mulberry Street, Suite 102, Waterloo, IA 50703, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm CT on Thursdays.

Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

The Waterloo Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The WHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The WHA offers two Public Housing communities with 50 units for senior/disabled households.To apply, visit the WHA to submit a pre-application in person, located at 620 Mulberry Street, Suite 102, Waterloo, IA 50703, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.More information can be found by visiting the WHA website, or by calling (319) 233-0201, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
