The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  • Families who are literally homeless
  • Veterans
  • Disabled
  • Elderly
  • Victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking (referred to as VAWA collectively).
