The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority (GHURA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for AMP Site 3 apartments from April 1, 2022, until further notice.

  • AMP 3 Site units are located in the following villages:
    • Agat
    • Umatac
    • Merizo

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: 

  • Displaced by fire or natural disaster
  • Victims of domestic violence
  • Veterans
  • Working 20 hours or more, or unable to work due to age or disability
  • Working less than 20 hours, job training or education
  • Homeless due to government action

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.

The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority (GHURA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for AMP Site 2 apartments from April 3, 2024 at 8:00 am ChST, until further notice.

  • AMP 2 Site units are located in the following villages:
    • Yona (2, 3 and 4-bedroom units)
    • Talofofo (1-Bedroom for Elderly and 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6-bedroom units)
    • Inarajan (2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom units)

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

  • 1 Person $42,700 | 5 Persons $65,900
  • 2 Persons $48,000 | 6 Persons $70,800
  • 3 Persons $54,900 | 7 Persons $75,650
  • 4 Persons $61,000 | 8 Persons $80,550

This waiting list has the following preferences: 

  • Displaced by fire or natural disaster
