Please note: The Southeast Georgia Consolidated Housing Authority administers an individual waiting list for Folk, Kingsland, St. Mary's, and Woodbine, GA.The Southeast Georgia Consolidated Housing Authority (SGCHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The SGCHA offers two Public Housing communities with 163 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the SGCHA to pick up an application, located at 301 Lawnwood Ave, Kingsland, GA 31548, from 7:30 am until 5;30 pm, on Mondays and Wednesdays.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm, on Mondays and Wednesdays.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.The SGCHA does not have a preference.
