The Housing Authority of the City of Swainsboro (HACS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACS offers two Public Housing communities with 244 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACS to pick up an application, located at 420 N Racetrack St., Swainsboro, GA 30401, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, bank statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACS does not have a preference.
