Please note: Housing Authority of the City of Social Circle is managed by the Housing Authority of the City of Monroe.The Housing Authority of the City of Social Circle (HACSC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HACSC offers one Public Housing community with 70 units for families and senior/disabled households.To apply, visit the HACSC to pick up an application packet, located at 742 Walton Ct., Social Circle, GA, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday and Tuesdays only.  When picking up the application packet you will be given an appointment to come back to submit your application.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACSC does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed by date and time the application is received.For more information, the HACSC can be reached by calling (770) 464-3130 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
