The Housing Authority of the City of Madison (HACM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACM offers one Public Housing community with 66 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACM to pick up an information packet, located at 509 Madison Ave, Madison, GA 30650, from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 3:30 pm, on Wednesdays and Thursdays.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, the HACM can be reached by calling (706) 342-3924, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
