The Housing Authority of the City of Hawkinsville (HACH) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACH offers one Public Housing community with 86 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACH to pick up an application, located at 48 Progress Ave., Hawkinsville, GA 31036, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm (closed from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm), Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, between the hours noted above, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, marriage certificate if applicable, divorce papers if applicable, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACH does not have a preference.
