The Housing Authority of the City of Eastman (HACE) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACE offers one Public Housing community with 219 units for families and senior/disabled individualsThere are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the HACE to pick up an application, located at 824 Griffin Ave., Eastman, GA 31023, from 7:00 am until 5:15 pm EDT, Monday-Thursday.
  2. Request that an application be mailed to you by calling (478) 374-5414 from 7:00 am until 5:15 pm, Monday-Thursday.
Once the application has been completed, you must call the HACE at (478) 374-5414 from 7:00 am until 5:15 pm, Monday-Thursday to schedule an appointment to turn in your application.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACE does have preferences and a complete list can be found on the application.For more information, the HACE can be reached by calling (478) 374-5414 from 7:00 am until 5:15 pm, Monday-Thursday.
