The Housing Authority of the City of Alma (HACA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACA offers four Public Housing communities with 306 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the HACA to pick up an application, located at 401 E 12th St., Alma, GA 31510 during normal office hours.2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling 912-632-1876 during normal office hours.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, the HACA can be reached by calling (912) 632-4298 during normal office hours.
