Open: Other Communities Project-Based

The Winter Park Housing Authority (WPHA) waiting lists for other apartment communities are currently open, since at least December 18, 2018, until further notice.

To apply, download and print the application online. Select the "View apartments" link for a community without the "Public Housing" tag.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be:

  1. Mailed to the address of the apartment for which the applicant is applying, as listed on the application.
  2. Dropped off at the management office of the apartment for which the applicant is applying, as listed on the application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

Reasonable Accommodation

Applicants who need help completing the application due to disability can make a reasonable accommodation request to the housing authority via (407) 644-4551.

Closed: General Public Housing

The Winter Park Housing Authority (WPHA) General Public Housing waiting list for apartments at The Meadows is currently closed. It was last open for four months from August until December, 2018; and before that in 2015. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Live or Work Locally,  Elderly, Disabled, Job Training or Higher Education, and Veterans. 

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.

The Winter Park Housing Authority (WPHA) Senior Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Tranquil Terrace is currently closed. It was last open for four months from August until December, 2018; and before that in 2015. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Live or Work Locally,  Elderly, Disabled, Job Training or Higher Education, and Veterans. 

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
