Open: 2 and 3-Bedroom Public Housing

The Plant City Housing Authority (PCHA) is accepting waiting list for Public Housing waiting list applications from May 22, 2024 at 9:00 am ET, until an adequate pool of applications have been received. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in November, 2020. 

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $53,500 | 5 Persons $82,550
• 2 Persons $61,150 | 6 Persons $88,650
• 3 Persons $68,800 | 7 Person $92,750
• 4 Persons $76,400 | 8 Persons $100,850

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Currently working at least 30 hours per week for the past 6 months
• Due to natural disaster or catastrophe

Selection Process

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
