Open: Greenlawn Manor Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher

The New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority (NSBHA) is accepting Senior Project Based Voucher waiting list applications from June 10, 2024 at 8:00 am ET, until 300 applications have been received. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in February, 2024.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Greenlawn Manor Apartments - located at 911 Oleander Street , New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. Offering 1 and 2-bedroom units.

Selection Process

300 selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.

IMPORTANT: This is not the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program. Section 8 Project-Based Voucher tenants are required to live in a specific apartment community or scattered site. After one year of occupancy, a Project-Based Voucher tenant may request to be placed on a waiting list to receive the next available Housing Choice Voucher or similar tenant-based rental assistance.
