The Marianna Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.This housing authority offers one apartment community with 79 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply for public housing you must visit the housing authority to pick up an application, located at 2912 Albert St., Marianna, FL 32448, during normal office hours.Once you have completed your application, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.This housing authority does not have a preference, your application is placed by date and time received.For more information the housing authority can be reached by calling 850-482-3512, during normal office hours.

Please note: The Marianna Housing Authority covers Jackson County, FL.

The Marianna Housing Authority (MHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open from September 2016 until . There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

 

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

 

  1. Download and print the application online.
  2. Pick up an application at the MHA office.

Once the application has been completed, it must have been hand delivered to the MHA at the address above.

 

There are no preferences.

 

Applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.

 

Important note: Applicants who have been placed on the waiting list must inform the housing authority immediately if your application information changes (such as contact information, income, and household members). In the case that the office sends a notice that does not get returned, or if application information is out of date, your name may be terminated from the waiting list. Contact the housing authority to find out how to update application information.
