Open: 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom Public Housing

The Flagler County Housing Authority (FCHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments on the third Wednesday of every month from the earliest confirmed date of April 17, 2024, until further notice.

To apply while the waitlist is open, apply in person at the Resource Center, located at 502 S Bacher St, Bunnell, FL. 32110, on the third Wednesday of every month between 8:00 am until 11:00 am ET only. Applications for Public Housing are not available online.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  • Families that include working head of household, or disabled household members.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.

Closed: Flagler County Housing Authority Mainstream Voucher

The Flagler County Housing Authority (FCHA) Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from February 12, 2020, until 100 applications were received. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the FCHA, "The eligibility requirements are that: the applying family have a family member that is non-elderly (between the ages of 18-61) and disabled. Applicants must have a disabled household member that is between the ages of 18-61 to apply."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.

One hour after the waiting list opened, the online application states, "Feature Not Enabled." It is believed that this means the waiting list is closed.
