Open: Bradenton, Florida Public Housing

The Bradenton Housing Authority (BHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently open, since at least January 17, 2019, until further notice. 

To apply, download and print the application online. Select the "property management" link on the left of the page, and then select either the "English Application" or "Spanish Application" link.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be:

  1. Dropped off at the BHA main office located at 2002 9th Avenue East Bradenton, Florida, 34208, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, ET.
  2. E-mailed to info@bradentonhousing.org.

This waiting list had the following preference: Homeless.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

Reasonable Accommodation

Applicants who need help completing the application due to disability can make a reasonable accommodation request to the housing authority via (941) 748-5568.

Closed: Bradenton, Florida Section 8 Voucher

The Bradenton Housing Authority (BHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for one day in February 2018; and before that in October 2014. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply, applicants were required to call the BHA.
