The Greenwich Communities (GC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 22, 2021 until June 25, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:  

  • Current, Legal Residents of Greenwich; households whose Head or Spouse work Full-Time in Greenwich or; Former Residents applying to our Senior, Adult or Disabled Communities.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.

The Greenwich Communities (GC) Senior and Disabled section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 0 and 1-Bedroom apartments at Quarry Knoll II is closed

The GC last accepted applications for this waiting list from March 1, 2022, until March 11, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Print the paper application.
  2. Pick up an application from the GC main office.
  3. Call the GC to request an application by mail.

Once the application was completed, it was postmarked between March 1, 2022 and March 11, 2022 and mailed to Greenwich Communities.

The maximum income limit for each household size were as follows:

  • 1 person $63,950
  • 2 people $73,050

This waiting list had the following preferences:

  • Greenwich Residen
  • Work Full-Time in Greenwich
  • Former Greenwich Resident

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
