The Charter Oak Communities (COC) waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Escape at Harbor Point Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from March 6, 2021 until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Print the online paper application here.
  2. Call the COC at (203) 977-1400, Ext 3301 to request an application by mail.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

  1. Mailed to the Charter Oaks Communities, 22 Clinton Avenue, Stamford, CT 06901.
  2. Dropped off at the drop box located at the COC office, address mentioned above. 
  3. Emailed to Applications@CharterOakCommunities.org.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

  • 1 Person Household(studio) $29,468
  • 1 & 2 Person Household $34,680
  • 3 & 4 Person Household $41,340

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  • Those working or already living in the South End of Stamford.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
