Garfield County Housing Authority serves Eagle County, Garfield County, Moffat County, Pitkin County and Rio Blanco County on behalf of Colorado Division of Housing.

Closed: Eagle, Moffat, Pitkin, and Rio Blanco County, Colorado Section 8 Voucher

The Colorado Division of Housing (CDH) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list for Eagle, Moffat, Pitkin, and Rio Blanco County is currently closed. It was last open in September 2016. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

 

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to download and print the application online. The application was available in English and Spanish.

 

Once the application has been completed, it must have been:

 

  1. Mailed to the GCHA office. 
  2. Faxed to the GCHA.
  3. Emailed to the GCHA.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Homeless, disabled, victim of domestic violence, Non-Elderly Disabled household transitioning from nursing home.
