The Foothills Regional Housing (FRH) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list is currently open.

The FRH is accepting applications for this waiting list from July 12, 2022 at 8:00 am MT, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application. Paper applications will not be available at FRH’s office

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.

IMPORTANT: This is not the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program. Section 8 Project-Based Voucher tenants are required to live in a specific apartment community or scattered site. After one year of occupancy, a Project-Based Voucher tenant may request to be placed on a waiting list to receive the next available Housing Choice Voucher or similar tenant-based rental assistance.

The Foothills Regional Housing (FRH) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Hidden Lake Homes is currently open. 

The FRH is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of July 20, 2022, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application here.
2. Send an email to FRHwaitlist@foothillsrh.org.
3. Call (303) 859-3612.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

The Foothills Regional Housing (FRH) Senior waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Canyon Gate Apartments is currently open. 

The FRH is accepting applications for this waiting list from August 1, 2022 at 8:00 am MT, until 200 applications have been received.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Request a paper application by mailing the Foothills Regional Housing, 11941 W 48th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the FRH, address mentioned above
2. Dropped off at the FRH office, address mentioned above.

The maximum income limit for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $24,650
• 2 Persons $28,150
• 3 Persons $31,650

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
