The Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) interest list for Studio, 1, and 2-Bedroom Boulder Affordable Rental apartments at Ciclo is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from December 3, 2019, until December 5, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: The application process included a $19 application fee (per adult) and a $150 holding fee (per household). 

The new development of Ciclo, located at 3390 Valmont Road in the new S’Park Neighborhood of Boulder Junction, will offer 38 apartment homes, including studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments.
