Closed: Yavapai County, Arizona Section 8 Voucher

The Arizona Public Housing Authority (APHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from May 1, 2023, until May 31, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Income limits can be found here.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

  • Located (any length of time) in Yavapai County.
  • Homeless/VAWA
  • Sixty-two (62) years of age or older and/or disabled.
  • Veteran(s) of the United States military.
  • Participating in a state-funded job training program.
  • Employed for wages.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
