As of July 2017, the Livingston Housing Authority (LHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
To apply, visit the LHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 100 Northside Village, Livingston, AL 35470, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, you must call the LHA office to make an appointment to return the pre-application at 205-652-2721, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The LHA does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.
