As of July 2017, the Fayette Housing Authority (FHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
To apply, you must call the FHA office at (205) 932-6250 to schedule an appointment to fill out a pre-application during normal office hours. The FHA office is located at 405 6th St SW, Fayette, AL 35555.
Be sure to bring these documents to the appointment: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, landlord information for the past 5 years, and bank statements.
The FHA does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.
